Warranty

Warranty Quickview:
  1. Bulbs = 24 months (Unless otherwise stated)
  2. Ballasts = 3 years (unless otherwise stated)
  3. Don't physically damage any part of the components. At all! This means no modification or it will void the warranty coverage.
  4. Any returns and you must submit a replacement fee.
  5. You have 14 business days to return the item if it has not been used!

MANUFACTURES WARRANTY

Bulbs are covered by the warranty for a period of eighteen (18) months from the purchase date. Ballasts are covered by the warranty for a period of three (3) years from the purchase date. $15 USD replacement fee will be collected upon any factory defective item returned. There is a 19% restocking fee from original payment for all non-defective products returned. This includes but does not limit problems with: compatibility, driver/software conflicts, improper installation, and wrong size bulbs.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
The purchaser has 14 business days to file a return from the date the item was signed for/received. All returns will result in a 19% restocking fee, no exclusions. If you purchase an item that is not compatible with your automobile, you are still liable for the restocking fee. Please follow the steps on the RMA form, when sending anything back for an exchange.  There is a replacement fee for all exchanges which will be $25 USD, no exclusions. Please include the RMA sheet inside the package, otherwise there will be no return or exchange.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT
If a product is suspected of being defective, please contact us as soon as possible to try to resolve any problems. Most of the time it is poor installation that causes a kit not to work. Check your polarity of the kit. The returned product will be inspected by the manufacturer. If the product is found to be defective and covered by this warranty, it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's option. Any charges accrued for removal, installation, or re installation will not be covered by this warranty.  All RMA claims will be thoroughly investigated and you will be contacted promptly with a resolution.

OPTIONAL LIFETIME WARRANTY
Ballasts and Bulbs are covered for life of the product. Cutting wires, cutting rubber grommets or broken connectors, or broken bulbs will void this warranty.

EXCLUSIONS
These will void your warranty:
Any defects resulting from water damage, fire, acts of God, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, any type of impact or physical damage. Any modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with a damaged headlight housing, will void the warranty. We will not be responsible for damages to automobiles resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use our product. These are posted for off road or show use only.

One Year Warranty on Bulbs from purchase date.
One Year Warranty on Ballasts from purchase date.
No warranty on accessories or wiring.

Ordered the wrong bulb or size:

 If you ordered the wrong bulb size or color, you are responsible for returning the item and sending a $15 M.O. or $20 Paypal Payment and we will send you the requested exchange. You must contact us within Five Days of receiving the item and it must be unused and in New condition with all packing material and case intact and undamaged. If these requirements are not met we will not send back any merchandise until they are repaired by the consumer.

 Item stops working within the warranty period:

Your item stops working within the warranty period. You are responsible for going through our trouble shooting process online through our automated system and with our support team. Once the technician deems your item warrant able you will need to fill out an RMA and send us the item to be replaced. If one bulb is bad, we will replace BOTH.You are responsible for shipping the item to us. We will be responsible for shipping the new item to you. We do not refurbish your bad item. We will send you a BRAND NEW item in its return. NO FEES ARE COLLECTED FROM YOU! THERE ARE NO RESTOCKING FEES OR RMA FEES FOR THE $79 HID SALE.

Item stops working after the warranty period:

If your item stops working after the warranty period we have a buy back program that will allow you to get a new kit with new ballasts and new bulbs and newer technology. All you have to do is talk to one of our customer service representatives about what will be needed to do this. They will tell you everything needed to take advantage of this great deal!
